Review

Take control of the titular character, Ristar, against the evil alien force, Greedy, who has corrupted the leaders of the galaxy. On top of that, he captured your father too. But you can save everyone, with your wits and your Go-Go Gadget Arms to take on whatever Greedy throws at you.

Well, I have to say, graphics are top quality, and smooth. From sending enemies to their doom to sending Ristar flying into outer space, especially the latter, have a nice feel to them. Music is about average, it didn’t really stand out in my mind, however it didn’t annoy me so it shouldn’t be something to turn someon off from the game. Gameplay is a simple matter of going from Point A to Point B or fighting a boss. After a while, it grows quite mediocre and you are basically having Ristar attack or jump to another place to move on. It gets boring in the face of Sonic and Mario.
